Wow Ron, this was awesome!! Thanks so much for taking the time to do this.  I noticed as I was watching this video that I needed to be a little more excited and animated to make it much more exciting and fun to play for both dog and handler.  I actually went out again later that day and played around some more but was running around and encouraging her a lot more and I noticed a significant change in our session.

I also was wondering if you could help me with the issue of Flit going out and getting the disc and then stopping to chew.... But you addressed that issue already, and again, I'm grateful for that.  I will work on what you mentioned in the video and will hope to shoot another one next week.  I was thinking a video every week would be good, if that's ok with you.  Thanks again!

Andrew

p.s. Not to be nit-picky, but Flit is a girl.... Flit is short for Flitness.... :)

Treat her like a boy while you jam.

At least treat her like she's a rough and tumble Tom Girl in your Frisbee Game.

Theresa Musi used to play with her Pittie, Liz, like she was a little tiny, toy breed dog. She pranced, little dog style the same way that Flit does.

Some well placed roller rewards that triggered prey drive and a change in tone of the jam from  little dog to big bad Pit Mama, and she was a different dog.

Think about it.

Sorry about blowing that, I'll fix it in the next installment.
