In 1997, the year that I started playing disc with Kimo, there was a terrible incident. Some dogs were allegedly drugged at the Open Qualifier for the World Finals.
Traces of a drug were found in one of the dogs that was consistent with the symptoms that these dogs in this second chance qualifier, the day before the World Finals in Washington DC.
